Working closely with the Marketing Communications Director at the YMCA, we crafted a theme for their annual report that categorizes its many service offerings into distinct lifecycle programming groups. We then conducted interviews with constituents who reflected the core mission of the YMCA. The copy put a face on each category of programming and underscored the life-changing role that the YMCA has played in the lives of each family profiled.
