We work with a team of writers and graphic designers in conjunction with Heckler Associates of Seattle, WA to craft an in-store newsletter for customers of Panera Bread. Founded in 1981, Panera now freshly bakes more bread each day than any bakery-cafe concept in the country. We have been called upon to interview individuals across the country and write the monthly baker spotlight. Our challenge has been to capture a personality in a 15-minute phone interview and then convey that person and their passions in 250 words or less. And as you can see, each baker is quite different from the next.
