Flower City Management purchased Rochester’s Medical Arts Building and is restoring it to its former glory.

Winterman Ink teamed up with longtime strategic partner, Corporate Communications, an interactive marketing company, to develop a web site that highlights the vision of this exciting historic renovation project and promotes space rental to retail stores, small businesses, professional firms and individual tenants.

The landmark building has a wonderful history, which we honed in on as we created the pages that would entice the business community to locate in this unique place once again. We painted a picture of the upscale retail shops, commercial space and Manhattan-style garden apartments that will occupy the impressive building. The site is filled with details of all the magnificent amenities, floor plans and even city views from the apartment locations.
