When Eastman Kodak Company was looking for a cost-effective way to train new users on how to get great results from their digital camera, and reinforce the value of the Kodak brand, they engaged Winterman Ink.

We assessed the training needs of these new users and identified the appropriate content for the new online training course about its EasyShare software. We were then charged with writing the audio script, designing and producing the accompanying PowerPoint graphics and managing the professional recording of the script to put together an easy-to-follow, entertaining and informative way for customers to capture, print and share their digital pictures. Today, new camera users are sent an email with an Internet link for downloading and printing the handouts, and given an access number to dial into the audio for the course.
